We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed.
We currently accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.
Your payment information is encrypted and processed through certified providers; we never store full payment details on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 11:59 PM (CET) are shipped the next business day — or as soon as possible — from within the EU, unless a customizable order is selected, which requires additional processing and may be fulfilled from outside the EU.
Delivery times vary depending on destination: typically 1–3 business days within the EU and 4–10 business days internationally.
Custom or personalized products may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
All applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, no questions asked. If you’re not satisfied, you can send your kit back for a refund.
Please note: the original delivery cost is not refundable, and return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the kit in its original condition, we’ll process your refund promptly.
